At Fizfy, we offer a 3-days Free trial on all Plans. If you sign up for Fizfy and find that it’s not a perfect fit. Then You can Cancel Subscription self, Its easy to Cancel & Stop Subscription & you can remove your Saved Card & Payment details easily. To Stop Subscription & Remove Card and Payment Subscription Go to My Account : Cancel Subscription . If you unable to do then please send a cancellation request at Live Chat Support , Our Support team will cancel subscription instantly.

To cancel your subscription, we will need the following information: your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), email address, login name, and a brief comment explaining if you would like a refund.

If your cancellation request comes from the email address other than registered email address we will ask you additional information including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date etc.

Before 3 days Trial Expire if you not satisfy with product then you can Cancel Subscription self If unable to do then send request at Live Chat We will cancel subscription immediately. If you continue using Software after trail expire and you get billed then refund will not be processed in that case.

You can cancel subscription anytime self if want cancel from our end then send request, it will be processed immediately without any delay and no further billing will be charged.

If Payment has been charge by mistake or not willing to continue after payment charge then payment get refund within 24 hours of payment been charge and we initiate refund.
